    Relaxation Massage

Stress and tension are typically stored in the body. Massage can provide us with a means to counteract stresses, whether physical, mental or emotional. Because the mind and emotions are reflected in the body, and similarly the state of the body is reflected in the mind and emotions, massage not only eases physical tensions, disease and pain, it impacts on the emotional state, resulting not only in short-term relief but ultimately aids well-being on all levels- physically, mentally and emotionally. Massage is one of the oldest and simplest of all therapies. For pure pleasure and/or to bring about a relaxation response to the body, there is probably nothing better.

    Aromatherapy

Our sense of smell is closely linked to our emotions. Essential oils address the mind, body and emotions simultaneously. Each oil has its own particular therapeutic qualities :- from relieving aching muscles, rejuvenating the body and aiding the elimination of toxins, to helping lift depression and uplift the spirit, to having a calming influence on troubled emotions. The essential oils used in each massage are carefully selected to specifically assist each individual clients needs.

    Murphy The Wonderdog (Kama Anela)

On February 14th 1999 (significant date don't you think?!), Murphy landed in heaven. He was found by friends of Tracey's in the middle of tram tracks, after being abandoned and spending at least a week near a main intersection. He was just waiting for the right 'soul family' to find him. He has gone from being a street kid to having his Mum Tracey, a grandma, various Aunties , 2 brothers of the 4 legged variety - CJ and Emmett, (CJ & Emmy are now a furry angels watching over us from puppy heaven), assorted other family members and his many canine and feline friends (His 2 girlfriends are cats!!).
He also has his own hairdresser, craniosacral therapist and chiropractor. How good is that for manifesting! He has attended many workshops, is a Huna graduate, loves meditation classes and lomilomi massages - minus the oil of course. He embodies the 7 principles of Huna - he lives totally in the Now, exudes Aloha and unconditional love, loves nature and harmonises with his environment (slips up only occasionally with larger 4 legged beasties), expects the best, has great self confidence, speaks his truth, and is a great manifestor - especially of treats, walks and drives in the car.

He is a great healer and teacher of the principles of Huna.

Murphy sometimes goes to work with his Mum to be the meet and greet host, help with massages and assist in holding the energy.

(They think I'm a little white dog but I'm really an angel in disguise, you just can't see my wings!)
