Tracey’s voice – perfect for guided meditations – takes us to a Hawaiian beach where we are given a deeply relaxing massage covering the scalp, neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands, legs and feet. As Tracey is one of Australia’s leading lomi lomi teachers and practitioners, it makes sense that you can’t help but feel the massage coming out of the CD. This really is as close as one can get to a massage ‘without the hands’.

The pace of the CD is perfect – relaxation is achieved effortlessly. The meditation is accompanied by a great choice of music (think Tony O’Connor in style) at a perfect volume level. A unique concept delivered beautifully.
